Eric F. Duffy is a senior advisor in AI infrastructure, sovereign compute strategy, and high-performance computing ecosystems. With more than 15 years of experience across advanced silicon, national digital initiatives, and global technology markets, he works with governments, research institutions, and deep-tech organisations to translate AI ambition into executable strategy.
Prior to founding Virtute, Eric held global leadership roles within the AI accelerator ecosystem, where he led international market development and strategic partnerships across Europe and North America. His work has supported national AI programmes, major HPC centres, and emerging technology companies seeking to move advanced capabilities from research environments into scalable, real-world deployment.
Eric is particularly focused on advancing open, transparent, and interoperable approaches to AI infrastructure. He brings a rare combination of technical fluency, commercial execution, and geopolitical awareness, helping senior decision-makers de-risk AI investments, align complex stakeholder ecosystems, and build sovereign compute capabilities designed for long-term resilience and trust.
